Your UWASNET Resource Guide, Unlocked

The UWASNET Resource Centre is an online platform that houses credible, up-to-date information and tools on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in Uganda. Managed by UWASNET, it provides a centralized access point for civil society, researchers, development partners, and government actors to access materials that support evidence-based advocacy, programming, and capacity development across the WASH sector.

The Resource Centre hosts a wide variety of publications, including research reports, policy briefs, training manuals, case studies, and sector assessments. All materials are free to download and carefully categorized to help you quickly find what you’re looking for. Each resource is tagged with relevant themes and keywords to enhance searchability.

Absolutely. UWASNET welcomes contributions from partners and stakeholders. If you have a document, case study, or research piece that aligns with the goals of the WASH sector, you can email it to the Resource Centre team. Submissions are reviewed for relevance, quality, and accuracy before being uploaded.

Once you submit your material, it goes through a review process led by our editorial team. This involves checking content alignment with UWASNET’s objectives, verifying metadata, and ensuring copyright compliance. Only after this review will the material be published. While the process may take some time, it ensures a high standard for users.

By registering on the UWASNET Resource Centre, you can bookmark your favourite materials and organize them under “My Library.” This allows you to return easily to resources you frequently use or want to save for future reference.
